Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the PreFab1 website and to all purchases made through the website. By using the website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Formation of Contract

A contract between you and PreFab1 will be formed when we accept your order. We will send you an order confirmation email once we have accepted your order.

2. Price and Payment

The price of the goods will be as quoted on the website. The price includes VAT, but does not include delivery costs.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the price of the goods. The delivery costs will be displayed on the checkout page.

You can pay for your goods using any of the payment methods available on the website.

3. Delivery

PreFab1 will deliver the goods to the address you specify in your order. Delivery will take place within 10 working days of us accepting your order.

4. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you cancel your order, you must return the goods to us in their original condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once we have received the goods, we will refund you the full price of the goods, including the delivery costs.

5. Warranty

All PreFab1 products are covered by a one-year warranty. If you have any problems with your product within one year of purchase, please contact us and we will repair or replace the product free of charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

PreFab1 will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of its products.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
